These Terms of Service form a binding contract between you and Sellix Trading Corporation UK Limited (185 Great Portland Street, W1W 7LT London, United Kingdom — "Sellix", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using Sellix.gg, the merchant dashboard or any sub-domain of a configured pool domain, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sellix.gg is a multi-tenant commerce platform that lets merchants publish digital and physical product listings on isolated pool sub-domains and accept crypto checkout via BlockPN. Payments settle directly to the merchant's BlockPN wallet; Sellix does not take custody of customer funds or merchant payouts.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this contract in your jurisdiction. By signing up you confirm you meet both requirements.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, all shops you create, and every API key, BlockPN secret and webhook signing key you generate. Keep your credentials private. If you suspect they have been compromised, rotate them immediately in the dashboard and report it through the abuse form.
Sellix.gg is provided free of charge. We charge no subscription, no listing fee and no per-order take-rate. In return, we do not commit to any support response time, uptime SLA, phone or chat support, or one-to-one onboarding. Documentation and public status updates are best-effort.
Because the service is free we are not obliged to provide refunds of any kind, and you have no expectation of continued availability beyond what we choose to provide.
You may not use Sellix to:
Suspected violations should be reported through the abuse form.
We may suspend or terminate any shop, tenant or account at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law, or where we judge it necessary to protect Sellix, BlockPN, our other merchants or the public. Because the service is free, no refund is due on termination.
You may close your account at any time via the dashboard. Closure does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before closure (for example completed orders or pending payouts on the BlockPN side).
Sellix.gg is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties express, implied or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranty arising from course of dealing or trade usage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Sellix, its directors, employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity or crypto holdings, even if advised of the possibility.
Because the service is free, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the greater of (a) £100, or (b) the fees you have paid Sellix in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, in the ordinary case, is zero.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sellix and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, your shops, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service, except that we reserve the right to bring proceedings against you in the courts of your country of residence where required.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the marketing site for a reasonable period before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Sellix is a free service with no inbound support inbox. Legal notices, DMCA take-down requests and abuse reports must be submitted via our abuse form.
