1. Who runs Sellix.gg

Sellix.gg is operated by Sellix Trading Corporation UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered office at:

Sellix Trading Corporation UK Limited
185 Great Portland Street
W1W 7LT London
United Kingdom

In this policy "we", "us" and "Sellix" mean the above company. We act as the controller for personal data processed in connection with your account, the shops you create, and the marketing site at sellix.gg.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, hashed password, and the timestamp of your sign-up and last login.
  • Shop data: shop name, slug, pool/custom domain, branding, products and pricing you publish — by design this is public on the storefront.
  • Customer data: the email address each buyer enters at checkout, the order they placed, and the BlockPN payment identifier. Buyers do not need to create an account.
  • Payment data: Sellix does not see or store crypto wallet private keys, card numbers or bank details. Payments are processed by BlockPN, which settles directly to the merchant's BlockPN wallet — we only see public on-chain identifiers and the fiat-equivalent amount.
  • Technical logs: IP address, user agent, request timestamps, and error traces used for abuse prevention, debugging and security.
  • Cookies: a session cookie, a CSRF token, and a theme-preference flag stored in your browser's local storage. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

3. Why we process it

  • To operate the service you signed up for — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest.
  • To comply with legal obligations including tax, accounting and lawful orders from competent authorities — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • BlockPN, our crypto payment processor — to create checkouts, deliver webhook events and reconcile payouts.
  • Hosting and email-delivery providers acting as data processors under written agreements.
  • Competent authorities where compelled by a valid legal order, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.

5. Retention

  • Account data — kept while your account is active and for 12 months after deletion, then erased or anonymised.
  • Order, invoice and payment-log data — kept for up to 7 years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations.
  • Technical logs — kept for 30 to 90 days.
  • Abuse reports — kept for as long as needed to investigate and demonstrate action, then archived.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Submit any such request through our request form. We will respond within one month where required.

If you believe we have mishandled your data you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. International transfers

Some of our processors operate outside the UK and EEA. Where we transfer personal data internationally we rely on adequacy decisions or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the marketing site.

9. Contact

Sellix is a free service and we do not operate an inbound support inbox. All privacy-related contact — including data subject rights requests, GDPR complaints and DPO-style queries — must go through our request form.
