Getting started

A multi-tenant commerce platform for selling digital and physical goods with crypto checkout. You bring a product — a license key, a file, a Discord role, a hoodie — and we hand you a public shop on a pool subdomain (or your own custom domain), a hosted checkout that pays out to your wallet, and a dashboard to manage everything.
Under a minute. Email + password to register, a 6-digit code to verify the email, pick a shop URL and you're on a live storefront. Adding a product, uploading license keys and seeing the first checkout work end-to-end usually fits in a coffee break.
No. Everything ships in the dashboard — products, orders, customers, coupons, payouts, webhooks. The API is there if you want to integrate Sellix into something you already run, but it's optional.
A throwaway domain we own and rotate (e.g. shopio.gg, vendr.cc). Every shop ships on its own subdomain of one of these so if your store ever gets flagged or banned by an upstream registrar, the rest of the platform and your other shops stay untouched. Custom domains via CNAME work too, on every plan.

Pricing & payments

Yes. No subscription, no listing fee, no take-rate on your sales. Sellix is a merchant on BlockPN's affiliate programme — when a buyer pays via a BlockPN checkout we routed, BlockPN pays us a share of the network fee they were already charging. You aren't billed, your buyer doesn't pay extra.
No. Sellix is an independent company (Sellix Trading Corporation UK Limited, London). We're a merchant on BlockPN's affiliate programme — same as anyone else who could integrate them directly. We chose the affiliate split as our business model so we never need to charge sellers.
Whatever BlockPN supports — that means Bitcoin, USDT (Tron + Ethereum + Base), USDC (Base + Ethereum + Solana), ETH, SOL, BNB, MATIC and a few more. The hosted checkout lets the buyer pick which chain and asset to pay in.
Not today. Sellix is intentionally crypto-only — that's how we avoid the merchant-account / Stripe-review / chargeback world. Buyers see fiat pricing on the storefront (USD, EUR, etc.) and BlockPN converts at checkout.
Settlement happens on-chain the moment the payment confirms, directly to your BlockPN wallet. Sellix never holds the funds, so there's no payout cadence to wait for and no rolling reserve. Withdrawal to an external wallet happens through your BlockPN account whenever you want.

Selling on Sellix

License keys (key pool), file downloads (signed URLs), accounts (one-row payloads), Discord roles + invites (via dynamic webhooks), physical goods (with shipping zones, tracking, stock movements), subscriptions, and dynamic / fully custom payloads. One catalogue, one checkout.
No. Upload 10 keys or 100,000 — same workflow. Stock is per-product, can be unlimited (pool-driven) or a finite count for physical SKUs.
Auto, the moment payment confirms. License-key products pull from your pool; file products generate a signed download URL; dynamic products POST to your webhook with the order payload; physical products mark fulfilment to-do. You can resend a delivery from the dashboard if a buyer loses their email.
Yes. There's no cap on shops per account, products per shop, orders per month or team members. Switching between shops is a one-click affair in the sidebar.
Yes — on every plan, because there's only one plan. Point a CNAME at us, paste the domain into your shop settings, we provision the certificate. Send buyer receipts from your own SMTP if you want full whitelabel.

Account & security

4
No. Email + password is the full signup. Because Sellix is non-custodial and BlockPN handles the on-chain side, there's no underwriting, no ID upload, no bank account verification.
We can take down a shop on our platform — that's what the Terms of Service covers and how we respond to abuse reports. We physically cannot touch your wallet, because BlockPN holds the settlement keys and you hold the withdrawal authority. The Non-custodial Payouts page walks through the exact architecture.
Yes, free for every account, every team member. Roles are per-tenant (owner, admin, support, finance, analyst) and API keys are scoped per-shop and per-ability.
Inside the EU / UK. BlockPN-side payment data lives on their infrastructure under their privacy policy. Your shop's customer emails, orders and product data live on ours — encrypted credentials at rest, encrypted in transit.

Support & policy

4
No, by design. Sellix is free precisely because we don't run an inbound support inbox or chat queue. The product is built to be self-serve: docs cover the dashboard, the API page is interactive, the status page reports every subsystem. Legitimate legal / DMCA / abuse reports go through the abuse form — that's the only inbound channel.
File a report through the abuse form. We review every submission. We can't reply to every reporter individually (free service, no support team), but we do act — DMCA, fraud, phishing, illegal goods and CSAM are taken seriously and shop takedowns happen fast when the evidence holds.
Yes. There's a delete-account action in your account settings. Order and invoice data stays on file for up to 7 years for tax/accounting (UK obligation); everything else is erased or anonymised within 30 days.
Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the UK, stolen accounts / cards / credentials, CSAM, terrorist content, IP infringement, phishing / scam pages, unlicensed money transmission. The Terms of Service has the full list.

About Sellix

3
Sellix Trading Corporation UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 185 Great Portland Street, W1W 7LT London, United Kingdom.
No relation. We share the name and the multi-tenant idea, nothing else. This Sellix is operated by the UK entity above and built around a non-custodial BlockPN integration.
Not today. We may open-source individual SDKs and example integrations down the line; the platform itself stays closed-source for now.
Still stuck?

We don't run a support inbox.

That's how the product stays free. For DMCA / abuse / legal, use the form. For everything else, the docs are the source of truth — and they're public.
